C Steel Plant

C Steel Plant is located in southern China. This plant has one pellet plants production line and two sintering production lines.Among them, each pallet car for pellet plants is equipped with 400 grates, 8 lower sidewalls, and 16 upper sidewalls.Previously, the customer had purchased and replaced spare parts such as grate bars and sidewalls from other brands.However, these spare parts were severely burned during use. The customer attempted to extend its service life by welding on the fence board, but the effect was not satisfactory.

After understanding the on-site situation of the customer. Our company has provided the plant with a trial piece of the upper sidewalls of a whole pallet car for pellet plant and a whole sintering pallet. As of the end of February 2025, these trial parts have been in use for nearly a year and are still intact. Our products have demonstrated excellent durability and resistance to burning, solving the long-standing problem of spare parts loss for customers.
