D Steel Plant

D Steel Plant is located in northern China, The steel plant has two pellet plant production lines, Each production line's pallet car is equipped with 400 grates, 8 lower sidewalls, and 16 upper sidewalls. The upper sidewalls of one of the production lines has been completely replaced with products from the Luoyuan brand. After two years of use, the majority of the original factory's built-in sidewalls have suffered serious burn damage, and some of them are even as thin as paper or completely missing.

In response to this issue, the customer purchased sufficient Luoyuan brand upper sidewalls for one pallet plant production line from our company in batches and completed the replacement. Up to now, the earliest replaced Luoyuan brand sidewalls have been in use for nearly two years, with almost no signs of burning, demonstrating excellent durability and stability.
