B Steel Plant

The pellet production line of B Steel Plant is located in the eastern coastal area of China and is designed and constructed by a well-known metallurgical design company. This production line has the ability to produce 4 million tons of alkaline pellets annually. The production line is equipped with 192 online pellet cars with dimensions of 4.5 meters by 1.5 meters, each car contains 400 grates, 8 lower sidewalls, and 16 upper sidewalls.

As of now, the steel plant has not purchased grates and sidewalls for the initial installation production line. According to the initial settlement price, we have reduced the cost for our customers by 80%. The first batch of 16 trial upper sidewalls and 32 sets of bolts provided by our company have been in use for 9 months, and their condition is still close to new products. After the trial, the customer has gradually placed new orders for the upper sidewalls with our company.
