A Steel Plant

The production line of Steel Plant A is located in the southeastern coastal area of China. The steel plant adopts the pallet cars process, This production line is designed and constructed by a well-known metallurgical design company. The annual production capacity of this production line is 2.6 million tons. The pellet is an alkaline pellet, and the raw material is iron ore powder. The tsize of the pallet car is 3.5 meters by 1.5 meters. The machine speed is 3 meters per minute. The combustion system is provided by FCT Australia, and the calcination temperature is controlled at 1250 degrees Celsius.

There are a total of 144 online pallet cars on this production line, each car is equipped with 382 grates, 8 lower sidewalls, and 16 uppersidewalls.Our company provided a batch of product trials in mid-2022. After a six-month trial period, the customer officially placed an order with our company for a batch of grates and upper sidewalls. The first batch of pallet cars were put into use on March 19, 2023 and have been in operation for nearly two years now. During this period, through subsequent procurement and major repairs, all upper sidewalls have been replaced with products from the Luoyuan brand.According to the comparison of bidding prices, the upper sidewalls price of Luoyuan brand has a 15% advantage compared to other brands.
